Known for its futuristic skyscrapers and ultra modern architecture, Doha is a destination where nature, design, and innovation comes together as one. Palm trees, colorful gardens, turquoise streams of water washing up against its shorelines, and a boastful affluent lifestyle all paints a picturesque backdrop that is sure to take your breath away. With only 48 hours to spare, here are my recommendations for the top things to do when visiting Doha, Qatar.

Friday Brunch is a must when visiting any Gulf nation. One of the best brunches in Doha is located at the Grand Hyatt hotel. Spend your Fridays right by indulging in a wide selection of international cuisine and local flavours, followed by an all you can drink Liquid Brunch. It’ll be a day to remember! Dinner at Issan
Issan is the Grand Hyatt’s signature restaurant serving authentic Thai cuisine. This was the best meal I had while in Doha!
Where to Stay
No single definition exist for luxury, however, the Grand Hyatt Doha does a great job at redefining excellence. Nestled along the shorelines of the new West Bay Lagoon District, the Grand Hyatt offers 249 beautifully composed guestrooms including 17 grand suites and 2 presidential suites, 91 secluded villas, and unrivaled views of the Arabian Gulf.
